It's hay hauling time. Last week we cut and rolled the stuff into 1,400-pound round bales (boy, are my arms tired!) in the hay meadow next to our house. Now, all the bales have to be transported to a storage pen, where they'll remain until we begin to use it to feed our livestock this winter.
